Websel Safe Shopping Guarantee
The Websel safe-shopping-guarantee consists of two parts:
Part 1: product lost in transit - if your shipment is lost in transit we will immediately credit your card or send you a new product, at your choice.
Remember that the industry practice is to let the customer claim the damage form the carrier, a process that takes many weeks to complete.
Part 2: warranty and service work - All of our products come with a 2 year UK - European Union manufacturers warranty (Demo units 1 year). This warranty is valid without restrictions in the UK, Sweden and all other EU countries. You have the right to service your product free of charge at any manufacturers service centre in the UK or any EU country within the warranty period.
As an example, all your warranty and service needs for Gaggia in the UK are fulfilled directly by Gaggia UK Ltd in Halifax.
For all warranty claims outside the European Union (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, USA, China, Australia) we will reimburse you for expenses you have during your warranty period.
All service needs for NON-EU countries must be approved by us prior to the service work. You will receive a service authorization number from us.
This safe shopping guarantee gives you a 100 percent coverage of the most frequent problems that can occur in buying goods on the Net. |
