What does the DOSE function mean? The Dosage button lets you set the exact amount of coffee that goes into the cup just the way you like it (2 settings available). For example: start the day with a cappuccino or American coffee and have a typical Italian espresso after lunch.

Coffee pods supporting the E:S:E standard have been developed for the single cup of coffee. Each portion of coffee is wrapped and sealed into filter paper during the coffee grinding process. This ways the full aroma is captured and will not be lost even in case of prolonged stocking of the coffee.
